The Kids Are Alright
Let Alpine keep them busy this summer
Restless kids are no fun during summer break which is why Alpine, Ventura’s only indoor multi use recreation facility, has come up with a sure cure for the summertime blues. Skate Camp 2K6 is designed to keep kids active and challenged in a safe and supervised environment. From 9 a.m.-1 p.m. kids will receive skateboarding instruction, lunch and video viewing plus one hour of complimentary skating or gaming.

Skate Camp is $200 per week or $250 for free skating and gaming until 5 p.m. Sessions are June 26-30, July 17-21, July 24-28 and Aug. 14-18.

For kids ages 3-17 who express themselves through different outlets there’s Alpine Star Studio, an acting and personal development workshop. Kids gain confidence, make new friends, learn acting, modeling and personal development.
Alpine even offers relief to mothers of little ones with a Mommy and Me gathering every morning. Jolly Jumps and open space for the tots, coffee and Internet or movies for mom. It’s a win-win.

For more info or to register for Alpine camps, call 650-1213.
